When we lived in Maryland we would go up to Connecticut for Thanksgiving to visit my sister, Heather. She would come down and visit me at Easter. Shortly after we moved here, they moved to Utah, making it easier to continue the tradition.
On Saturday the kids woke up to find a very "Suessical Surprise." (The Easter Bunny comes either early/late to our house so Sunday we can focus on the Resurrection of the Savior.)
That afternoon, we went to the Barnum's ward & house for 2 Easter Egg Hunts. Although there were eggs everywhere, Joseph would only stop to pick up the blue ones. Can you guess what his favorite color is?
Coloring eggs is always a fun activity. They did a great job-none of the kids spilled any of the dye (can't say the same about the adults).
We sure enjoyed having so many cousins here. The kids love playing with their cousins. Thanks for coming. Come back again next year!
